Existing customers: Click on the rewards icon on the bottom right of your screen and login into your account.
New customers: Click on the rewards icon on the bottom right of your screen. Simply click the JOIN NOW button to get registered.
How do I start earning points after joining?
Find a club you are interested in. Search the offers available and once you have made a completed purchase you will earn points. You will also earn additional points for referring friends and reaching milestones. For each $1 spent you will receive 5 points.Â
How do I check my points?
On desktop choose your username on the top right and select rewards from the dropdown menu.Â
On mobile select the menu button on the top left, select your username and choose rewards from the dropdown menu.Â
For a complete overview of your profile you can follow the same steps above but choose Profile from the menu instead.Â
Do my points expire?
There are only two conditions where your points can expire:
You have been inactive for an extended length of time. Typically over a year.
If we choose to change or dissolve of our rewards program. If such changes do take place you will receive an email, with ample time, for you to use your points before they do expire.Â
As long as either of these two conditions are not met then your points will not expire. What does expire is your status. Meaning, let’s say you have achieved VIP Club status, in order to keep that status you must accrue the total amount of points required for that club in each calendar year. Â
Can I have multiple accounts or transfer points to another account?
No, you can only have one account and one login. Only one account will be associated with your points and you cannot combine email accounts.
How can I spend the points?
Points can be converted into discount codes to be applied to future purchases. The more points you earn the more discounts become available for you to use. These points are separate from the additional savings you will earn on the deals from our partners.Â
How long will it take for my points to be applied?
Your points will be allocated to your account immediately after purchase. However, if at any point a refund or a chargeback is issued then the points will deducted from your account. If a pattern of returns, refunds or chargebacks appears with your account, you will be suspended indefinitely until a final review has been conducted.Â
